IT Project Manager-EPMO

Details: In this IT Project Management role, you will be involved in a very high profile program which ultimately affects a large number of our customers. The IT Project Manager is involved in the definition, management, and implementation of technology focused projects. The ideal candidate works to align technology solutions with business strategies, working primarily with senior management. Proactively identify opportunities, conduct analyses, needs assessments, cost/benefit assessments and broker other IT services; including those involved in release management, lead large complex projects / programs to achieve key business objectives.Core responsibilities will include:Guiding teams to complete projects on time, on budget and on quality Provides Project/ Program level leadership of large, high-value application development, data integration and analytics programs Understanding business needs and leading people through the process of project/program definition, scoping and on time quality implementation Understanding overall project/program objectives, as well as the role and function of each project / program stakeholder, including clients, delivery teams, finance team, and senior management Ensuring that program /project objectives/requirements are clear and agreed to by all stakeholders Develop and maintain program roadmap project & resource plans leading to meet program deliverables Ensuring program / project governance processes are properly established and followed through out the life cycle Managing program / project financial and reporting Ensuring that risks are identified, communicated, and mitigated and that projects are delivered successfully Leading multiple projects within the program simultaneously and coordinating activities across multiple project teams Providing clear and concise weekly management and executive-level communications on progress, issues, risks and financials Participating in the creation and execution of standard project management processes
