Individual should be highly motivated, have strong customer service skills, relationship management skills and the ability to troubleshoot the day to day activities of the business and manage multiple loan applications a day. Applicant will have a strong knowledge of marine, rv and horsetrailer financial services products as well as after market products in order to productively grow revenue.•Stay current and ?all knowing? in the lending products available: policies, conditions, rate and reserve schedules•Increase revenue by selling after market products and create the trust with the dealers to help promote the sale of warranties.•Understand the online systems that the warranty companies have activated.•Participate in bi-weekly meetings to increase productivity and update underwriters on changes with in the lending institutions•Identify new areas of creating revenue•Build upon and maintain the relationships currently in place with Blue Water Finance dealers•Maintain accurate reporting in Blue Net, including updating loan deals as information becomes available•Train new and Jr. underwriters to the become knowledgeable about the banks as well as the after market products and how to use the Blue Net system•Encourage others around you to work together as a team and set examples of goals you would like to accomplish for the year•Know the BWF competition and stay ahead of what the competition is doing•Maintain the banks? programs by keeping up to date on programs and rates•Help troubleshoot funding issues•Learn the type up process for closings packets•Attend boat / rv shows and/or be available to attend shows as necessary throughout the year•Clerical duties, including answering phones, faxing, entering applications into Blue Net, pulling credit bureaus and printing labels via UPS machine
